Refund and Return Policy
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days.
The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Here at GMC Airconditioning CC customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We understand that the product may not be suited to a small minority and for this reason we have a 30 day money back guarantee as well as a 30 day refund policy in place.
To be eligible for a return:
When a purchase is returned for credit/re-fund the procedures are as follows:
Unit must be returned in the original packaging.
All accessories must be included with the return of the unit, not damaged.
The unit will be inspected by GMC for any damages and if the unit is in a working condition.
A credit/re-fund will only be passed when the unit is received as stated above.
You must present your invoice and proof of payment as proof of purchase.
Banking details must be confirmed in writing.
Re-fund will take 2-3 working days.
Proportional percentage costs will be deducted from the refund amount if
– Not in original packaging
– Accessories not returned
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
